This interdisciplinary seminar will be held together with Prof. Dr. Carsten Bäcker from the Law faculty. It will involve P&E students and law students. We will focus on Herlinde Pauer-Studer's book Justifying injustice. Legal theory in Nazi Germany, CUP 2020. There are limited spaces for this seminar. Advanced BA students will be given priority, but there will be a waiting list. Before registering, please consider carefully if you will be able to commit to the seminar. Registered students are required to hold a presentation on one of the book chapters and to contribute to the group discussion. A detailed syllabus, as well as the presentation slots, will be emailed to all registered participants in April. |
